What Happens When You Start Your Trial
When you begin your trial, you’re supported to get started without needing to figure everything out on your own.
Step 1:

You’ll receive a short orientation email series to help you find your way around the Lab, including:

Step 2:
Start Where You Are
Inside the Lab, you can begin with whatever feels most relevant right now. For example, you might:

Add Optional Support
During your trial, you can combine self-paced tools with optional guided support, such as:

booking a clarity call if you plan to book a coaching session

There’s no set order and no expectation to use everything in the Lab at once. You choose your activities and sessions to meet your needs right now.
At the end of your trial, you continue as a full Lab member. You can change or cancel your Lab plan at any time.
What Becomes Available After Your Trial
After your first 7 days your full membership starts and you'll gain access to ongoing support based on your chosen Lab level. This may include:
