I’m Elizabeth Simpson — a qualified Wellness & Resilience Coach with training in psychology and counselling skills. I support women who are managing a lot on the surface, but want clearer thinking, healthier habits, and wellbeing support that actually fits real life.

My work is grounded in professional coaching practice and shaped by real life. I know what it’s like to juggle work, study, family, and health — often at the same time — and to need support that fits around life, not on top of it.

My Coaching Philosophy

During my studies in counselling and my time as a listening volunteer with Samaritans, I saw how vital it is to support people in moments of crisis.

But I also realised something else.

Many women don’t need crisis intervention — they need support before things reach that point.

That’s where coaching sits.

I work with women who are functioning, coping, and getting on with things — but who feel stretched, disconnected, or unsure where to focus their energy. Women who don’t need fixing, but do need space, perspective, and support that respects the reality of their lives.

Coaching offers a professional, accredited way to work with wellbeing in a thoughtful, preventative, and sustainable way — not just for executives or elite performers, but for real women with real responsibilities.

What Wellbeing Means in My Work

Wellbeing isn’t about perfect routines or doing more.

It’s about understanding what’s happening beneath the surface and responding in ways that genuinely support you.

In my work, wellbeing sits across three interconnected areas:

  • Physical wellbeing — energy, health, and how your body is coping

  • Emotional wellbeing — how you process experiences and respond to stress

  • Psychological resilience — your capacity to adapt, reflect, and move forward

These areas don’t exist in isolation. When one is under strain, the others are affected too.

Coaching creates space to notice patterns across these areas and make small, intentional shifts that support balance over time — rather than quick fixes or idealised solutions.

How I Support Sustainable Change

My coaching approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and guided by four core principles:

  • Empathy & Compassion
Creating a supportive space where your experience is taken seriously.

  • Practical, Thoughtful Guidance
Focusing on actions that are realistic within your life — not ideal conditions.

  • Authenticity & Integrity
Working collaboratively, with honesty and respect at the centre.

  • Professional Knowledge
Drawing on psychology, counselling skills, and coaching science to guide the work.

While every woman’s journey is different, my work often follows three supportive stages:

Clarity

Making sense of what’s happening and identifying what you need right now.

Action

Exploring small, meaningful steps that feel achievable and supportive.

Sustain

Helping change settle into real life — without relying on motivation or willpower alone.

This isn’t about pushing through or striving harder.

It’s about creating conditions where the next right actions are matched to real-life circumstances.

How This Becomes Practical Support

This philosophy is brought to life through the Women’s Wellbeing Lab — a structured wellbeing system designed to support reflection, clarity, and change over time.

The Lab combines:

  • self-paced tools and resources

  • guided opportunities for reflection

  • optional professional coaching support

So you can choose how and when you access support, depending on your needs and capacity.

Some women work independently. Others value group sessions or coaching conversations at certain points. The system is designed to adapt — not prescribe.
