Interactive Wellbeing Tools

These interactive tools are designed to help you regularly check in, notice patterns, and clarify what matters most to you — without needing to start from scratch each time.

They support ongoing reflection across key wellbeing areas and include tools for:

  • Reviewing your wellbeing foundations

  • Exploring current needs across core wellbeing areas

  • Identifying and revisiting your core values

  • Setting realistic, intentional goals

Your reflections are saved, so you can return to them over time and see how your wellbeing evolves as your life changes.

Resource Library

The resource library brings together structured content you can draw on as and when it’s useful — whether you’re reflecting, planning a next step, or exploring a specific area of wellbeing.

Resources are organised across the core wellbeing areas and include:

  • Coaching articles to support understanding and perspective

  • Practical worksheets and action-planning tools

  • A 4-part coaching video series for each wellbeing area, offering guided insight and reflection

  • The 6-part Reflection Starter Bundle for structured self-reflection

  • Recorded Q&A sessions based on common themes and member questions

 

Resources are categorised by topic, and you can save and return to items that are relevant to you at different points in time.

Sessions & Support

Alongside self-guided tools and resources, the Lab includes optional coaching for moments when a coaching conversation can support clarity, perspective, or momentum.

 

Depending on your level of access, this may include:

  • Group goal setting sessions

  • Ongoing 1:1 coaching sessions

  • One-off 1:1 coaching sessions as you require them

Additional sessions can be purchased as needed alongside an level of the Women's Wellbeing Lab you choose, allowing you to enhance the level of support that fits your current situation.

    Everything in Essentials, plus regular group sessions and a START Wellbeing Coaching Session for guided clarity and momentum.

  • Guided Growth
    The highest level of support, including ongoing 1:1 wellness & resilience coaching alongside full access to the Lab.

 

You can change your Lab level at any time if a different level of support would better serve you. No matter which level you choose, the system is designed to adapt as your needs change.
