Coaching with Elizabeth Simpson is for women who want space to think clearly, reflect honestly, and take meaningful action — without pressure, judgement, or rigid programmes.

This is professional coaching, grounded in psychology and wellness, and shaped by the realities of modern life.

Coaching offers a structured, supportive space to explore what’s happening in your life, understand what you need, and identify realistic next steps that support your wellbeing.

Coaching is:
  • A collaborative, reflective process

  • Focused on clarity, decision-making, and forward movement

  • Grounded in practical psychology and coaching practice

  • Adaptable to your current energy, capacity, and life circumstances

Coaching isn’t:
  • Therapy or clinical mental health treatment

  • Advice-giving or being told what to do

  • A one-size-fits-all programme

  • Crisis support

If you’re currently experiencing acute mental health distress, support from your GP or a qualified mental health professional may be more appropriate. If you’re unsure, a discovery call can help with signposting.

Ways to Work Together

Coaching Within the Women’s Wellbeing Lab

The Women’s Wellbeing Lab combines structured self-paced tools with guided coaching support, so you can work with your wellbeing in a way that reflects your current capacity and needs.

Coaching is offered as part of the Lab to support clarity, perspective, and intentional action — not as a requirement, but as an option when additional support would be helpful.

 

No matter which Lab level you choose, you can book any of the coaching options below to support you when you need it.

Group Goal-Setting Sessions

Group sessions offer a guided space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters — alongside other women navigating similar pressures.

​

These sessions are structured rather than open-ended, and are designed to:

  • help you step back from day-to-day reactivity

  • reflect on patterns, priorities, and progress

  • gain perspective through shared themes (without oversharing)

  • leave with one or two clear, intentional actions

 

Group coaching works well if you:

  • value reflection with an element of accountability

  • benefit from hearing others’ experiences without comparison

  • want structure and momentum without ongoing 1:1 sessions

 

You’re never required to share personal details, your level of participation is always at your discretion.

Included in: Connect & Reflect, Guided Growth, one session per month
Available to book: Book any time (trial and ongoing), members only

START Wellbeing Coaching Sessions

START sessions are focused, one-off coaching sessions designed to support clarity and decision-making in the moment.

 

They’re particularly useful when:

  • everything feels tangled and you don’t know where to begin

  • you’re at a crossroads and need to think something through

  • stress or change has made it hard to access perspective

  • you want to take action, but in a considered, sustainable way

​

These sessions are structured and time-limited, with space to explore what’s most relevant and identify realistic next steps — without committing to ongoing coaching.

Included in: Connect & Reflect and Guided Growth, one session complementary after trial period
Available to book: Purchase any time, members and non-members

1:1 Wellness & Resilience Coaching​​

For women who want deeper, more personalised support, 1:1 coaching offers space to explore patterns over time and work with wellbeing in a more sustained way.

​

This form of coaching is useful if you:

  • are navigating ongoing stress, transition, or complexity

  • want regular space to reflect and recalibrate

  • value a consistent coaching relationship

  • are ready to work at a deeper level, with tailored guidance

 

1:1 coaching is grounded in professional practice and informed by psychology. It focuses on understanding what’s happening, strengthening resilience, and supporting change that fits real life — not quick fixes or rigid frameworks.

​​

Availability for 1:1 coaching is limited and accessed through the Lab, book a Discovery Call to discuss signing up to Guided Growth.

Included in: Guided Growth, one per month, book Clarity Call at start of trial
Available to book: All members can purchase additional sessions any time after an initial Clarity Call, members only.
