What is wellness & resilience coaching?

Wellness & resilience coaching supports your emotional, physical, and psychological wellbeing. It’s a personalised, collaborative process that helps you create sustainable strategies for positive change — without pressure or perfectionism.

What happens in a coaching session?

Each session is a safe, structured space where we explore your goals, challenges, and priorities. We’ll work together to create simple, focused actions that move you forward — at a pace that works for you.

Do I need to know my goals before I start?

Not at all. Many clients begin with a sense that something isn’t working — but aren’t sure what they need. Coaching helps you gain clarity, explore your options, and decide what’s truly right for you.

What’s the difference between each type of session?

Discovery Call

A free 15-minute call to explore your needs and clarify your next step. Ideal if you're unsure which option is right for you.

F.A.S.T. Clarity Session

A focused 30-minute session to help you identify what to prioritise and where to begin when things feel unclear or overwhelming.

​

Monthly Coaching

A 60-minute ongoing support session, ideal for building momentum, staying aligned with your wellness goals, and deepening your progress over time.

Single Coaching Session

A flexible, 60-minute session for personalised support with a specific challenge, decision, or period of transition.

- Book it as a one-off or as part of a short-term coaching plan.

- Women’s Wellbeing Lab members can also use this session as an add-on when additional 1:1 support is needed.

Monthly Group Goal Setting Session

These 60-minute group sessions are designed to give you dedicated time to reflect on your wellbeing, identify what is and isn’t working, and gain clarity on what you need most right now.

- Each session offers a space to share experiences, connect with others, and explore themes of compassion, gratitude, and self-awareness — all of which can have an amplifying effect on your overall wellbeing.

- ​Available exclusively to Guided Growth and Connect & Reflect members, Essential members are welcome to purchase a seat at any session.

What if I’m not ready for 1:1 coaching?

That’s completely okay. You might prefer to start with a self-paced plan inside the Women’s Wellbeing Lab, where you can access tools, reflections, and group sessions as you build confidence and clarity.
