The Women’s Wellbeing Lab combines structured self-paced tools with guided coaching support, so you can work with your wellbeing in a way that reflects your current capacity and needs.

Coaching is offered as part of the Lab to support clarity, perspective, and intentional action — not as a requirement, but as an option when additional support would be helpful.

 

No matter which Lab level you choose, you can book any of the coaching options below to support you when you need it.

Monthly Reflection Sessions

Structured group sessions to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters.

  • step back from day-to-day demands

  • gain perspective without pressure to share

  • leave with clear, intentional next steps

Session value: £20 per session
Included in: Connect & Reflect, Guided Growth, one session per month
Available to book: Book any time (trial and ongoing), members only

START Wellbeing Coaching Sessions

Focused, one-off sessions to help you think clearly and decide your next step.

These sessions are particularly useful when you:

• feel stuck or unsure where to begin
• need to think something through clearly
• are navigating stress, change, or a decision point
• want to move forward in a way that feels realistic and considered

Session value: £30
Included in: Connect & Reflect and Guided Growth, one session complementary after trial period
Available to book: Purchase any time, members and non-members

1:1 Wellness & Resilience Coaching​​

Ongoing, personalised coaching to help you understand patterns, build resilience, and create meaningful change over time.

 

This works well if you:

• are navigating ongoing stress, change, or complexity
• want regular space to reflect and think clearly
• value consistent support and accountability
• are ready to explore patterns and make more sustained changes

Availability for 1:1 coaching is limited and accessed through the Women's Wellbeing Lab, book a Discovery Call to discuss signing up to the Guided Growth level of the Lab.

Session value: £70
Included in: Guided Growth, one per month, book Clarity Call at start of trial
Available to book: All members can purchase additional sessions any time after an initial Clarity Call, members only.

What Coaching Is — and Isn’t

Coaching offers a structured, supportive space to explore what’s happening in your life, understand what you need, and identify realistic next steps that support your wellbeing.

Coaching is:
  • A collaborative, reflective process

  • Focused on clarity, decision-making, and forward movement

  • Grounded in practical psychology and coaching practice

  • Adaptable to your current energy, capacity, and life circumstances

Coaching isn’t:
  • Therapy or clinical mental health treatment

  • Advice-giving or being told what to do

  • A one-size-fits-all programme

  • Crisis support

If you’re currently experiencing acute mental health distress, support from your GP or a qualified mental health professional may be more appropriate. If you’re unsure, a discovery call can help with signposting.

1. What is wellness and resilience coaching?
It’s a supportive, reflective process that helps you navigate stress, change, and decision-making with more clarity and confidence. You choose the area of your life you wish to experience coaching with, from work/career to physical wellness, to financial wellness.

 

2. Who is coaching suitable for?

3. Do I need to be a Lab member to have coaching?
No, coaching can be booked independently for START sessions, however access to full coaching sessions is only available with the Lab membership.

4. What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
