Support for Female Military Spouses, Partners and Veterans

As part of my commitment to the military community, I offer three free membership places within the Women's Wellbeing Lab at any one time, one at each membership level, for three months:

  • Essentials: self-paced tools and psychology-informed resources, on your own terms.

  • Connect and Reflect: tools, structured resources, and access to live group sessions.

  • Guided Growth: everything in the Lab plus full one-to-one monthly coaching support.

If you are interested in one of these places, please get in touch using the contact form below and include a brief outline of your current experience and what brings you to the Lab. I will let you know what is currently available.

Military spouses, partners, and veterans face a particular kind of challenge that is rarely reflected in mainstream wellbeing support. Frequent change, periods of solo parenting, relocation, and the constant need to adapt can take their toll on your own sense of identity, ambition, and wellbeing.

I understand this community from the inside. I know the need for support that fits around change, uncertainty, and the unpredictable rhythms of military life. And I know how often the grown woman navigating all of this gets overlooked entirely.

Wellbeing Coaching for the Military Community

Wellbeing and resilience coaching offers a space to refocus on yourself, explore what matters to you, and take intentional steps forward at a pace that works for your life.

Working together, we might explore your career, your goals, your identity, and how to navigate significant change with more intention and less pressure.

Ready to Take Action?

If you resonate with any of this and would like to find out more, I would love to hear from you. Please use the contact form to get in touch and tell me a little about where you are right now.

The Importance of Social Connection

Wellbeing in the military community often begins with connection. Living away from familiar support networks can make it harder to prioritise yourself or feel seen in your own experience. Building new connections and maintaining meaningful relationships is something I explore with all the women I work with.

Building Social Connections

Since 2022, I have thrown caution to the wind and delved into finding likeminded individuals within the military spouse/partner community, I have done these things and more which I hope inspires you to step out of your comfort zone and explore your local possibilities:
