As a Women’s Wellbeing Lab member, your membership includes access to a Monthly Reflection Session — a structured space to pause, reflect, and clarify your next step. (Essentials members can purchase access if they’d like to attend, and every member is welcome to purchase more sessions per month.) About the Session These sessions are designed to help you step out of the noise of everyday life and reconnect with what matters most right now. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance. Just bring yourself, your current reality, and a willingness to reflect. During the session, you’ll: - Reflect on what’s working — and what’s feeling stretched right now - Use simple, structured prompts to bring clarity to your next step - Explore your wellbeing with flexibility, not pressure - Hear different perspectives (if others choose to share) - Feel supported in a calm, non-judgmental space Sharing is always optional. How it works Multiple session times are offered each month to fit around different schedules. Group sizes may vary. Occasionally, you may experience a more personalised session if attendance is lower — offering additional space to explore what matters most for you. If you can’t attend live You’ll still receive a short recap video with key reflections and ideas to support you. You can also submit a question in advance via the Sessions & Support page if there’s something you’d like included. Access Your membership includes one Monthly Reflection Session per month. If you’d like additional sessions, or if they’re not included in your plan, you’re welcome to book separately. Register Registering secures your place and ensures you receive the follow-up materials.
