Book your included monthly coaching session as a Guided Growth member of the Women's Wellbeing Lab. This plan provides ongoing support and access to up to 12 personal coaching sessions per year, ensuring you have the tools and guidance you need to thrive. Our sessions balance exploration and proactive action, focusing on your unique preferences and needs. Together, we’ll foster positive physical and emotional health. Easy Steps to Book: 1 - Choose a convenient time for your call using the online booking system. It’s quick and easy! 2 - Come prepared with a focus for your session, whether it’s a specific challenge or goal you’d like to address, you may have already considered this during your discovery call. 3 - Wrap up your session with new tools, mindsets, and actions to implement. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan that works for you and prepares you for exceptional change! If this is your first coaching session or it has been a few months since your last session, don’t forget to book your discovery call before your session to maximise our time together and ensure a productive coaching experience. Also, ensure you read the coaching agreement before you mark that you've read it at the checkout. Cancellation Policy
All session bookings, cancellations, and reschedules must be made more than 24 hours before the appointment time to receive a full refund (minus booking fees).
