Schedule a 1-hour coaching session tailored to support your wellbeing improvements. Whether you're returning to coaching or looking to add a session to your wellbeing plan, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. Our sessions balance exploration and proactive action, focusing on your unique preferences and needs. Together, we’ll foster positive physical and emotional health and psychological wellbeing. Easy Steps to Book: 1 - Choose a convenient time for your call using the online booking system. It’s quick and easy! 2 - Come prepared with a focus for your session, whether it’s a specific challenge or goal you’d like to address, you may have already considered this during your discovery call. 3 - Wrap up your session with new tools, mindsets, and actions to implement. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan that works for you and prepares you for exceptional change! Don’t forget to book your clarity call before your first session to maximise our time together and ensure a productive coaching experience. Also, ensure you read the coaching agreement before you mark that you've read it at the checkout.
Cancellation Policy
All session bookings, cancellations, and reschedules must be made more than 24 hours before the appointment time to receive a full refund (minus booking fees).
