Service Description
This package includes 6 one-hour sessions and 6 months of complimentary access to the Wellness Focus Plan. You are booking session 1 of 6 included in this package, the subsequent 5 bookings will not require a payment. At the beginning of our coaching journey, we'll start with a free 15-minute chat, also known as a discovery call. During this conversation, we'll discuss what's currently happening in your life and what you hope to achieve through coaching. It's also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the process and to determine if working together aligns with your needs at this time. You may wish to schedule this call before committing to the package. Through wellness and resilience coaching, we'll address any areas of your life where you see potential for improvement. Sessions will involve both exploration and proactive action setting. The balance of this approach is entirely up to you; some clients prefer focusing on solutions, while others prioritise shifting mindsets and thoughts underlying their situations. Ultimately, our goal is to facilitate changes that foster both physical and emotional health. Cancellation Policy
All session bookings, cancellations, and reschedules must be made more than 24 hours before the appointment time to receive a full refund (minus booking fees). All group coaching programme cancellations must be made more than 3 days before the first session start time to receive a full refund (minus booking fees). For any session not attended without notification, the session shall be deducted from the remaining sessions within the purchased package. For example, if 3 sessions were remaining when booking the coaching session and this session is not attended and notification is not given, the session will be deducted from the remaining coaching sessions, leaving 2 sessions available for booking. Similarly, if booking a one-off session and this is not attended without notification, the coaching session cannot be rescheduled and will not be refunded.
